Jack Wang has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries, with a comprehensive background spanning clinical practice, pharmaceutical management, and entrepreneurship. Since founding the Group, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership in driving our strategic direction, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.
Prior to founding the Group, Jack held various positions at Shenzhen Kangzhe Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of CMS, where he gained deep industry insights and extensive management experience. He has been a vice president of the China National Health Association and a member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) in Gongshu District, Hangzhou. Jack is a licensed practicing physician in the PRC.
Ms. Hu oversees the Group's finance, human resources and administrative functions, with extensive experience in financial and administrative management as well as day-to-day operations. Prior to joining WinHealth Pharma, she held various positions at Hangzhi Machinery & Electronics Company Limited and Hangzhou Hangdong Lighting Fixture Co., Ltd.
Ms. Shen has extensive experience in human resources management and talent development. Since 2021, she has led the Group's Human Resources and Administration Department, overseeing talent acquisition, performance and compensation, learning and development, and employee relations.
Ms. Lin joined the Group in 2017 and is responsible for overseeing its financial operations. She brings more than 17 years of experience in finance and auditing. Prior to joining the Group, she held various finance roles at BDO China Shu Lun Pan CPAs and RSM China Certified Public Accountants. From 2014 to 2017, she served in a finance role at Beida Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., where she was primarily responsible for overseeing financial operations.
She obtained a bachelor's degree in international economics and trade from Xiangtan University in the PRC. She has been registered as a certified public accountant with the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 2010.
Since August 2023, Ms. Chen has served as investment manager at Hangzhou Gongshu Guotou Industrial Development Co., Ltd., a real estate investment management company in the PRC primarily engaged in industrial park operations, government industrial fund investment and policy-based financing guarantee services, where she is primarily responsible for the full-cycle investment project management, monitoring project-related risks and leading investment negotiations.
Ms. Chen obtained a bachelor’s degree in finance from Harbin University of Commerce in the PRC in 2020 and a master’s degree in regional economics from Nankai University in the PRC in 2023.
Since 2022, Dr. Jiang has served as CMS's chief investment officer for Greater China. Prior to joining CMS, Dr. Jiang worked in R&D and business expansion at several Chinese and international pharmaceutical companies and held senior positions, including executive director and managing director, at various venture capital firms and private equity funds. From 2020 to 2022, Dr. Jiang served as managing director at Beijing Hongtai Tongchuang Investment Management Co., Ltd., a company primarily engaged in asset management, investment consulting and corporate management consulting. From 2019 to 2020, he served as executive director at Sinopharm Capital Co., Ltd., a private equity firm. From 2017 until his departure, he served as the head of the investment department at Hunan Jingfeng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., a company whose shares are listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock code: 000908.SZ). He also served as executive director at Shanghai Zhongnuo Venture Capital Co., Ltd., a venture capital firm, until 2019. In that role, he was responsible for venture capital investments in novel drugs and innovative medical devices, as well as pre- and post-investment management. From 2010 to 2017, he successively served as manager of the R&D department, director of the R&D department, and director of business development at 3SBio Inc., a company whose shares are listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange (stock code: 1530). Earlier in his career, Dr. Jiang served as a process development scientist at Cell Genesys, Inc. and AlphaVax Inc.
Dr. Jiang obtained a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from East China University of Science and Technology in June 1998 and a Ph.D. in chemical engineering from Syracuse University in 2006.
Mr. Chen has nearly 10 years of experience in the investment industry. Since 2021, Mr. Chen has held various positions at LYFE Capital, most recently serving as partner and managing director, where he was primarily responsible for investments in the healthcare sector. From 2019 to 2021, he served as vice president at IMEIK Technology Development Co., Ltd., a company whose shares are listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock code: 300896), where he was primarily responsible for strategy and investment. From 2016 to 2019, he served as senior investment manager at LYFE Capital, a global healthcare investment firm, where he was primarily responsible for equity investments.
Mr. Chen obtained a bachelor’s degree in statistics from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in the PRC in 2011 and an MBA degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in the U.S. in 2016.
Dr. Mikayama has over 40 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. From 2024 to 2025, he served as an honorary director of our Company, following his tenure as executive vice president at Kyowa Kirin from 2019 to 2023. Since 2010, he has successively served as a director and managing executive officer at Kirin Holdings Co., Ltd. Since 2018, he has been serving as a director and senior managing executive vice president at the company. From 2008 to 2019, he worked at Kyowa Hakko Kirin Co., Ltd., with his last position as executive officer and senior managing executive officer, head of research. From 2007 to 2008, he served as director, executive officer, and head of the research division at Kirin Pharma Co., Ltd. From 1983 to 2007, Dr. Mikayama worked at Kirin Brewery Co., Ltd., now known as Kirin Holdings Company, Limited, which is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (stock code: 2503), with his last position as general manager of the planning department.
Since 2023, Dr. Mikayama has been serving as an outside corporate auditor at Central Glass Co., Ltd., a company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (stock code: 4044). Since 2025, he has also been serving as an external director at Kuraray Co., Ltd., a company whose shares are listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (stock code: 3405).
Dr. Mikayama obtained a bachelor’s degree, a master’s degree, and a doctoral degree in biophysics and biochemistry from The University of Tokyo in 1981, 1983, and 1995, respectively.
Prof. Ma has conducted research on hematological diseases for more than 40 years and is a recipient of the Special Government Allowance granted by the State Council. Since August 1988, Prof. Ma has served at the Harbin Institute of Hematology and Oncology, where he currently holds the positions of Director, Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, and Chief Physician. Prof. Ma has served as Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology since September 2019, and previously served as Chief Committee Member of Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology Leukemia Expert Committee from May 2018 to January 2025.
Prof. Ma has published over 200 academic papers in domestic and international journals, authored more than 40 monographs and led eight research projects under the National High-Tech R&D Program (863 Program) and over 20 provincial and municipal research projects. Prof. Ma obtained a Medical Practitioner Qualification Certificate from the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Health (now known as Heilongjiang Provincial Health Commission) in April 2001. He was recognized as a National Outstanding Science and Technology Worker and won the National May 1 Labor Medal in May 1987.
Dr. Peng has over 16 years of experience in algorithms and data science. Dr. Peng served as an Algorithm Architect at Beijing Zitiao Network Technology Co., Ltd. from 2024 to 2025. From 2016 to 2024, he served as Chief Data Scientist at Yidu Tech Inc., a company principally engaged in providing healthcare solutions built on big data and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and whose shares are listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange (stock code: 2158). In 2014, he served as an Algorithm Architect at Meili Works (Beijing) Limited. He began his career as an Algorithm Architect in 2009 at Baidu, Inc., a Chinese-language internet search provider listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange (stock code: 9888) and on NASDAQ (ticker symbol: BIDU).
Dr. Peng earned a bachelor’s degree in automation in 2004 and a Ph.D. in control science and engineering in 2009, both from Tsinghua University in the PRC.
Mr. Liu Kai Yu Kenneth is an experienced audit professional and also serves as an independent non-executive director of a number of listed companies. From 2004 to 2016, he served at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, a company whose shares are listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange (stock code: 388). He most recently served as assistant vice president in IPO Transactions, Listing & Regulatory Affairs Division, where he was primarily responsible for vetting initial public offering applications. From 2000 to 2003, he served at VC CEF Capital Limited (now known as VC Capital Limited), where his last position was assistant manager in the Corporate Finance Department. Earlier in his career, he worked at a number of international accounting firms and foreign financial institutions and also served as an audit officer in the Internal Audit Department of Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation, now known as MTR Corporation Limited.
Mr. Liu obtained a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Imperial College London in 1991 and a Master of Business Administration degree in International Banking and Finance from the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom in 1998. Mr. Liu has been a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 1999 and a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants since 2004.
