Jack Wang has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries, with a comprehensive background spanning clinical practice, pharmaceutical management, and entrepreneurship. Since founding the Group, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership in driving the Group's strategic direction, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.

Earlier in his career, Jack held various positions at Shenzhen Kangzhe Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of CMS, where he gained deep industry insights and extensive management experience. He has served as a vice president of the China National Health Association and as a member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) in Gongshu District, Hangzhou. Jack is licensed as a practicing physician in the PRC.

Ms. Hu oversees the Group's finance, human resources, and administrative functions, with extensive experience in financial and administrative management as well as day-to-day operations. Prior to joining WinHealth Pharma, she held various positions at Hangzhi Machinery & Electronics Company Limited and Hangzhou Hangdong Lighting Fixture Co., Ltd.

Ms. Lin joined the Group in 2017 and is responsible for overseeing its financial operations. She brings more than 17 years of experience in finance and auditing. Prior to joining the Group, she held various finance roles at BDO China Shu Lun Pan CPAs and RSM China Certified Public Accountants. From 2014 to 2017, she served in a finance role at Beida Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., where she was primarily responsible for overseeing financial operations.

She obtained a bachelor's degree in international economics and trade from Xiangtan University in the PRC. She has been registered as a certified public accountant with the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 2010.

Ms. Shen has extensive experience in human resources management and talent development. Since 2021, she has led the Group's Human Resources and Administration Department, overseeing talent acquisition, performance management and compensation, learning and development, and employee relations.

Mr. Wang oversees WinHealth Pharma's supply chain management, legal affairs, compliance, and information technology functions, as well as the operation of the company's manufacturing base in Shanghai. He brings more than 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Before joining the Group, he held various senior management roles at Kyowa Kirin China and Shanghai Roche Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Mr. Wang holds a bachelor's degree in Chinese medicine from Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and an MBA degree from Shandong University of Finance and Economics.

Mr. Baolong Wang is responsible for leading and developing the sales organization, driving core market strategy, and further strengthening commercialization strategy and business footprint.

Mr. Wang has over 19 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with deep expertise in sales leadership and regional commercial operations. Prior to joining WinHealth Pharma, he served as Deputy Director of the Cardiovascular Business Unit at AstraZeneca. He then joined Shenzhen Salubris Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd., where he was Head of Operations of New Specialty Pharmaceuticals for North China, focusing on key regional market development and team management.

Mr. Wang holds a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from Shenyang Pharmaceutical University.

Mr. Fengqiang Wang joined WinHealth Pharma in 2021 and currently serves as Head of Specialty Pharmaceuticals Department. He is responsible for leading the Specialty Pharmaceuticals business, as well as driving brand strategy development and planning.

Mr. Wang has over 18 years of experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, with extensive senior management experience across marketing and commercialization. Prior to joining WinHealth Pharma, he held various marketing and sales management roles at leading pharmaceutical companies, including Novo Nordisk, Bayer, Mundipharma, and SinoCellTech. Earlier, he held marketing roles at Servier’s headquarters in France and Servier China, where he gained extensive experience in brand strategy and marketing execution.

Mr. Wang received a Bachelor of Medicine degree from China Medical University. He also earned a bachelor’s degree in international trade and business management from the University of Rennes 1, a master’s degree in management of socio-economic organizations from Rennes 2 University in France, and a master’s degree in pharmaceutical and biotechnology management from IAE of Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University.

Mr. Laiming Zhou currently serves as Head of Mature Pharmaceuticals. He is primarily responsible for the commercialization of WinHealth Pharma’s mature products.

Mr. Zhou has over 19 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with extensive experience in commercialization and sales leadership. Prior to joining WinHealth Pharma, he held roles of increasing responsibility at leading biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical companies, including GSK, Lilly, and Green Valley Pharmaceutical. Throughout his career, he has built a strong track record in sales management and commercial execution.

Mr. Zhou obtained a bachelor’s degree in management from China Pharmaceutical University.
