    2018 Sales management meeting for regional managers of Winhealth Group

    On September 7, 2018, the 2018 sales management meeting for regional managers of Winhealth Group featuring the theme of 'Be based on today to win in the future' was successfully held in the meeting room on the second floor of the Hangzhou headquarters of Winhealth Group. The leaders and colleagues from across the country gathered together, so as to enhance mutual understanding and work hand in hand to create a better tomorrow for Winhealth. 


    The participants included: Wang Wei, president of Winhealth Group, Xu Zhenyu, vice president, Chen Huiming, commercial operation director, Zhang Yan, director of compliance, Xu Bing, regional sales director in East First Region, Zhang Xuedong, regional sales director of East Second Region, Xiang Wei, regional sales director of South China Region, Chen Tingze, regional sales director of Southeast Region, Sun Lei, regional sales director of North Region, Lin Jing, deputy financial director, Pan Tong, deputy director of marketing department, and other leaders.

    Wang Wei, president of Winhealth Group, delivered an opening speech first. Mr. Wang extended amicable regards to the participants for their coming, gave a detailed introduction to the group's development and future planning, including product lines, personnel training, IPO plan and other aspects. He stressed that Winhealth Group has become the leading CSO company in the field of imported prescription drugs in China, with a very promising future. He hoped that all staff can base themselves on the present, advance hand in hand and win in the future. 


    Then vice president Xu Zhenyu made a detailed explanation of the product situation and planning in the second half of the year, and made a specific analysis of several products such as Mucosolvan, Coniel, Oseltamivir, and Contractubex, pointing out the future work direction and focus for all regions. 


    In the presentations made by the departments concerned, Zhang?, director of the Compliance Department, gave an introduction to specific contents and requirements of compliance, and emphasized the importance of compliance development in the pharmaceutical industry. Lin Jing, deputy director of the Finance Department, gave a detailed description of the current situation of the Finance Department and the problems arising from work. In response to the questions raised by the participants, the head of each department gave sufficient answers. 


    After that, the regional sales directors of each region described their respective promotion plans for the second half of each region, including the planning and implementation of the objectives, and the comprehensive management of personnel and teams, which not only enhanced the mutual understanding among regions, but also promoted sharing and exchanges of experience among each other.

    Then the managers of the product groups in the Marketing Department analyzed and interpreted the product promotion strategies centering on such products as Mucosolvan, Coniel, Oseltamivir and Contractubex. 


    About the product Mucosolvan, the deputy director Pan Tong and product manager Lv Liang of the Marketing Department first gave a lecture 'Seize the opportunity, march forward courageously - an analysis of market opportunity/strategy for Mucosolvan'. Then vice president Xu Zhenyu and Regional Sales Director Zhang Xuedong of East Second Region gave a lecture 'Make creation for new products, make brilliance again - interpretation of Mucosolvan promotion strategy'. 


    The lectures that followed were 'Win the market and find opportunities for sustained growth of Coniel' by Wang Huili, manager of the product group, 'Growth opportunities and strategies for Oseltamivir/Unasyn/Hycamtin' by Zhang Tan, manager of the product group, and 'Return to the peak - how to seize the market share of Contractubex' by Chen Yanjue, manager of the product group. 


    Through the explanation and strategic analysis of the products by the leaders and managers, the participants deepened their understanding of the products. 


    On the next day of the meeting, the sub-regions also held separate meetings on their business performance, management and development objectives. 


    During the meeting, the staff of the headquarters set up a prize-winning question-and-answer session featuring the theme of 'Number One Scholar Challenge of Winhealth' in order to enhance the staff's understanding of the company and its products. The participants actively participated in the session during the meeting breaks, and won quite some prizes while deepening their understanding of the company.

    Through this meeting, the participants fully expressed and exchanged their ideas and opinions, strengthened their confidence and worked harder to realize their common goals. This meeting was successfully concluded.
